Madison Pharmacy (CSAT: 4.2)
1350 Concourse Ave #111, Memphis, TN 38104, United States | (901) 321-5530 |

I am a regular customer of Madison Pharmacy, but last five weeks every Thursday I went there because the bus would come. They never gave me hand sanitizers. They refused me and said no hand sanitizers, but a few minutes later, I saw the staff passing each other the hand sanitizers. So if I am a staff of this pharmacy, I get the hand sanitizer. Otherwise, I won’t get the hand sanitizer. I was very upset.

Pharmacist Lev is absolutely the best pharmacist in LA. Our son is on his own in LA with a multitude of medical issues and switches in insurance coverage. Lev knows my son by name when I call and his meds and his doctors and his insurance problems. He even helped us to get some medications express mailed to my son when he lost them while traveling! After hours, during hours, at all times, Lev has gone way above and beyond his duty as a medical professional. I can’t imagine how our son would have managed without him.

Regional One Health Outpatient Pharmacy (CSAT: 4.3)
880 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38104, United States | (901) 545-7970 |

Awesome place! Cool people! Regional One Health Outpatient Pharmacy is very friendly and helpful to any questions that you have. They sure help me a lot in selecting what was needed for me.

Just horrible. I tried getting an RX filled on a Friday was told it would be on Monday. Monday, I called then told I would definitely be in on Tuesday. I go to pick it up on Wednesday, assuming it should certainly be in by then. ….nope, I told them I traveled 20 minutes to get here. Please cancel my Rx. I will go somewhere else to fill it. Now it’s over a week without my Rx because the new pharmacy can’t fill it. After all, my insurance won’t pay for it until they reverse the charge, which I asked them to do almost a week ago. If you need aspirin, go to the rearguard. If there’s a drug you need that could affect your well-being and not a joke, go to a professional well-managed establishment that takes your health seriously.

ViaQX Pharmacy (CSAT: 4.4)
1424 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38104, United States | (901) 725-7828 |

I’ve been using ViaQX Pharmacy for 5+ years to compound my medication. Always timely, professional, and responsive when I need to speak to the Rx staff. In all those years, with regular refills, never a problem with the compound or timely delivery.

This is the only pharmacy we go to for our prescriptions. Justin and the team are awesome(sorry, I can’t remember everyone’s name). Very nice, welcoming, very knowledgeable. Thank you, Justin and the team.

First Pharmacy Services (CSAT: 5.0)
354 S Front St, Memphis, TN 38018, United States | (901) 753-2999 |

Very dirty, take forever to get prescriptions ready, and First Pharmacy Services staff is insulting! Some of the cashiers and managers are very friendly! that is the only reason I will give them two stars. If I based just off the pharmacy, they would have received no stars! But since some of the staff in the rest of the store are nice and friendly, I will give them two stars.

Amazing!!! The beautiful young woman who brought me my curbside order was wonderful!! So friendly and so helpful! Oh, and my order was brought out to me immediately!
